Can I also get accessories from you?
Yes, we have everything from helmets, panniers and cell phone holders to bike grills. Just ask when you pick up your bike. A bike lock is always included.
Where can I pick up my bike rented online?
If you have booked it on our website, then at our store at Kastanienallee 55 in 10119 Berlin-Mitte. We are also happy to deliver bikes outside of Berlin for a fee.
Can I rent a bike spontaneously?
Yes - just drop by our store. Of course, it's easier to book online.
How can I cancel my online booking?
Please use the button at the end of the booking confirmation you received by email. You can find the cancellation conditions directly on the booking page.
I have forgotten something in my online booking ?
No problem. Please let us know when you pick up the bikes and we will take care of this on site.
Can I also buy a rented bike?
Yes, we sell used bikes, which you are welcome to test ride extensively beforehand, for example on a tour. Alternatively, you can also buy brand new bikes.
Can I return the bike outside of business hours?
Yes, this is possible for city and touring bikes. For other bikes, please contact us. Otherwise our business hours apply.

Are the bicycles insured?
You can book insurance as an extra for all bikes. You can find the exact details in the event of an insurance claim directly under the booking.
What happens if I have a breakdown?
We will be happy to give you a free repair kit for your tour. If a repair is not possible on site, please bring the bike back to us - you will receive a replacement immediately. In all cases, we are available by phone in the office (+49 (0)30 715 330 20) or via WhatsApp (+49 (0)156 79 00 36 42) to find a solution.
What if I have a flat tire?
We recommend insurance for all bikes. This means that there are no extra costs for a flat tire.
We ask you to bring the bike back and you will immediately receive a new one. We can also collect the bike for a fee of €20. Lock it securely and send a photo and the location via WhatsApp (+49 (0)156 79 00 36 42). We will collect the bike promptly. In all cases, we are available by phone in the office (+49 (0)30 715 330 20) for a solution. We can also help you with repairs via video call. We offer a repair kit free of charge for every bike or E-Bike.
How far can I get with my E-Bike ?
Of course, this depends on the capacity of the battery and the support selected by the rider. Our E-Flitzer and E-Cruiser have a range of up to 70km. Our E-City bikes, E-MTBs up to 120km and our E-Trekking bikes up to 150km.
Do you also have bikes for 2 people?
Yes - some of our E-Cruisers are equipped with an extended bench seat and allow 2 people with a total weight of up to 170 kg.
Do you have child seats on E-Bikes?
Yes - on most E-Bike bikes equipped with a normal luggage rack, children weighing up to 25 kg can be carried on the rear.
