Yes, we have everything from helmets, panniers and cell phone holders to bike grills. Just ask when you pick up your bike. A bike lock is always included.
If you have booked it on our website, then at our store at Kastanienallee 55 in 10119 Berlin-Mitte. We are also happy to deliver bikes outside of Berlin for a fee.

Yes, we sell used bikes, which you are welcome to test ride extensively beforehand, for example on a tour. Alternatively, you can also buy brand new bikes.

You can book insurance as an extra for all bikes. You can find the exact details in the event of an insurance claim directly under the booking.
We will be happy to give you a repair kit free of charge on your tour. If a repair is not possible on site, please bring the bike back to us - you will receive a replacement immediately.
