The E-Teru Y Universal is just as at home on asphalt as it is on rooty forest paths. The powerful 250 W Yamaha PW-ST motor with a torque of 70 Nm and the 12-speed Shimano Deore gears will get you uphill quickly and the Tektro brakes with a 180 mm brake disk will take you safely downhill. The 29″ wide tires and 120mm suspension fork also ensure a lot of riding fun. A 630 Wh battery is installed, which has a range of 50 - 120 km depending on the load. All set for your first off-road ride with E-Power.

FAQ

Can I also get accessories from you?

Yes, we have everything from helmets, panniers and cell phone holders to bike grills. Just ask when you pick up your bike. A bike lock is always included.

Where can I pick up my bike rented online?

If you have booked it on our website, then at our store at Kastanienallee 55 in 10119 Berlin-Mitte. We are also happy to deliver bikes outside of Berlin for a fee.

Can I rent a bike spontaneously?

Yes - just drop by our store. Of course, it's easier to book online.

How can I cancel my online booking?

Please use the button at the end of the booking confirmation you received by email. You can find the cancellation conditions directly on the booking page.

I have forgotten something in my online booking ?

No problem. Please let us know when you pick up the bikes and we will take care of this on site.

Can I also buy a rented bike?

Yes, we sell used bikes, which you are welcome to test ride extensively beforehand, for example on a tour. Alternatively, you can also buy brand new bikes.

Can I return the bike outside of business hours?

Yes, this is possible for city and touring bikes. For other bikes, please contact us. Otherwise our business hours apply.

Are the bicycles insured?

You can book insurance as an extra for all bikes. You can find the exact details in the event of an insurance claim directly under the booking.

What happens if I have a breakdown?

We will be happy to give you a repair kit free of charge on your tour. If a repair is not possible on site, please bring the bike back to us - you will receive a replacement immediately. In all cases, we are available by phone in the office (+49 (0)30 715 330 20) or via WhatsApp (+49 15679 003642) to find a solution.
