The Winora Sinus R8f eco is a versatile E-Bike for beginners, with which you can cruise relaxed through the city and go on extended bike tours at the weekend. The proven Bosch Active Plus drive with up to 50 Nm torque and 500 Wh InTube battery always offers you enough power and energy reserves for 50-100 kilometers. If you can manage with little support from the motor, you can go even further. Otherwise, the belt drive and Shimano components ensure lots of riding fun! If you are going on longer tours, we have panniers, cell phone holders, puncture repair kits and much more that we are happy to give you.

FAQ

Can I also get accessories from you?

Yes, we have everything from helmets, panniers and cell phone holders to bike grills. Just ask when you pick up your bike. A bike lock is always included.

Where can I pick up my bike rented online?

If you have booked it on our website, then at our store at Kastanienallee 55 in 10119 Berlin-Mitte. We are also happy to deliver bikes outside of Berlin for a fee.

Can I rent a bike spontaneously?

Yes - just drop by our store. Of course, it's easier to book online.

How can I cancel my online booking?

Please use the button at the end of the booking confirmation you received by email. You can find the cancellation conditions directly on the booking page.

I have forgotten something in my online booking ?

No problem. Please let us know when you pick up the bikes and we will take care of this on site.

Can I also buy a rented bike?

Yes, we sell used bikes, which you are welcome to test ride extensively beforehand, for example on a tour. Alternatively, you can also buy brand new bikes.

Can I return the bike outside of business hours?

Yes, this is possible for city and touring bikes. For other bikes, please contact us. Otherwise our business hours apply.

Can I extend my rent?

Are the bicycles insured?

You can book insurance as an extra for all bikes. You can find the exact details in the event of an insurance claim directly under the booking.

What happens if I have a breakdown?

We will be happy to give you a repair kit free of charge on your tour. If a repair is not possible on site, please bring the bike back to us - you will receive a replacement immediately. In all cases, we are available by phone in the office (+49 (0)30 715 330 20) or via WhatsApp (+49 15679 003642) to find a solution.
