Can I also get accessories from you?
Yes, you can get everything from helmets to bike grills from us. Just ask when you pick up your bike. A bike lock is always included.
Where can I pick up my bike rented online?
If you booked it on our website, then at our store at Kastanienallee 55, 10119 Berlin. If you have ordered it from one of our partners, then at their location.
How can I cancel my online booking?
Please use the button at the end of the booking confirmation you received by email. You can find the cancellation conditions directly on the booking page.
Can I also buy a rented bike?
Yes, we sell used bikes, which you are welcome to test ride extensively beforehand, for example on a tour. Alternatively, you can also buy brand new bikes.
Can I return the bike outside of business hours?
Yes, this is possible for city and touring bikes. For other bikes, please contact us. Otherwise our business hours apply.

Are the bicycles insured?
You can book insurance as an extra for all bikes. You can find the exact details in the event of an insurance claim directly under the booking.
